Audio Visual P4- Proof of Creating the Audio Visual Promo
Set up of equipment
This is the simple set up where we had the school tripod and the school canon camera, we didn't use the tripod every time we filmed but where it was important we wanted it to be still we used it. We made sure that it was safe to use each item when we was filming to make sure we didn't out ourself or anyone else in danger. We would constantly make sure we are checking for people, busses and cars to make sure we are safe when we film and we don't get people in our shot who aren't wanting to be filmed.
We followed our storyboard to make sure that every shot was in the right shot, we used our shot sheet too to make sure we know what shots we need or have used. We didn't need or want to use any other equipment because we felt like this would be the most simple way of filming our promo. As a little improvement for us I think we should have used the tripod all the time though it filming just to make sure everything was level and symmetrical but other than that I think that the equipment used was helpful and simple to us bit it did needed to be used thought out all the filming.

Olivia editing/ director
Olivia was our director and editing the film for us. She had the storyboard with her so we knew what we needed to film and she made sure that we was in the right positions telling Amira (me) when to start acting. During our editing process Olivia volunteered to do that, she felt confident in learning and trying put new effects we needed for the edit of our video and she has done that with the rest of the groups help. She also used the risk assessment to make sure everything was safe for filming and we didn't run in to very problems.
I decided to act because I felt like I understood what the storyboard was asking for and what kind of emotions I needed to use to create an effect that were needed. The story board helped me follow what I needed to do and with the director and videographer helping me I knew when I needed to start and stop acting. When acting because I am only focusing on that the director told me when it was safe to go and when we wouldn't be in danger. The videographer made sure that no one was in the shot who didn't want to be filmed so we didn't run into any problems of the pubic.
We made sure that we were safe and we were in no danger, we didn't film near any busy roads and had someone checking (Olivia) to make sure there were no cars coming. We had someone looking out for the public (Stefano) just in case there were bikes or prams coming through and if so we would stop filming move off to a safe are and then wait until everything was clear. I was also aware of my surroundings, making sure the path and area we was filming was clear of anything we could hurt ourselves on. All of these points were on the risk assessment and we ad that on us too so we could follow it just as we were filming.
Stefano was there to help us out with the storyboard and what to do we also helped him know what shots he needed to do as well. We made sure that the area we was in was safe for us to set up our simple equipment. He was our camera man for the rest of the filming, he set up each shot how it needed to be and filmed each part we needed filming and if we had to start over he would check that to make sure the shot was up to the level we needed it to be. When filming we had different shots on our storyboard so as a team we made sure I knew what I was doing, the camera man knew what shot he needed and the director made sure it was safe and everything was correct. We also had permission to film so we were safe and the college where happy for us to film outside of the school.

How the storyboard came to life offline edit clips
2.

This is another example of what we did to make the storyboard come to life, for this we had followed what the storyboard said and make sure we used a POV shot which is the point of view shot. This was a bit hard to film because we have to have my hands free and we needed the videographer filming over me as if it was my view. We made it work and got the shot we needed. We also ran into the issue with putting the wire into my phone because non of us had a phone with that kind of wire socket so we had to improvise it and it seemed to have worked. with some editing we mad that shot work how we wanted it too.
3.
These were the shots that we got when filming and theses went really well they were just like how we wanted them to be. The shots weren't perfect because they turned out to be wonky once all put together however, next time we will learn to make everything symmetrical.
